Guest stay policies for Tico Tico Villas Adult Only

These terms apply to all reservations and stays at Tico Tico Villas Adult Only. By booking, registering, or staying on the property, each guest agrees to follow these conditions and any updated house notices shared at check-in or during the stay.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. A valid government ID and the name on the reservation may be required at arrival. The hotel may refuse entry if the reservation details do not match or if payment conditions are not met.

Rates, taxes, deposits, minimum stays, and promotional offers can change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the rate plan. If a card is declined or payment is incomplete, the reservation may be canceled in accordance with the booking terms.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation and modification rules depend on the rate booked. Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or canceled without charge. Flexible reservations may be canceled or modified within the stated deadline; after that time, the full stay or a defined penalty may be charged. No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a guest shortens a stay after arrival, any unused nights remain subject to the original reservation terms. Refunds, if applicable, are issued only to the original payment method and may take time to process according to the card issuer or bank.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the rate details before confirming a booking. Special offers, third-party reservations, and group bookings may carry separate cancellation rules.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

Tico Tico Villas Adult Only welcomes adult guests only. Quiet hours, respectful behavior, and consideration for other guests are required at all times. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area. Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms, villas, studios, common interiors, or other restricted areas.

Illegal substances, unsafe behavior, excessive noise, and parties that disturb other guests are not allowed. The property may end a stay without refund if house rules are repeatedly ignored or if guest conduct creates a safety issue.

Guests are expected to use the accommodation and shared areas with care. Damage, missing items, extra cleaning, or smoke remediation may be charged to the guest responsible. Registered guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors.

LIABILITY AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings unless required by law. Guests should use the safe deposit box when appropriate and keep valuables secure. Use of the pool, terraces, stairways, garden paths, and all on-site facilities is at the guest's own risk.

Any injuries, accidents, or losses caused by guest negligence, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment are the guest's responsibility. If a guest causes damage, creates liability for the property, or breaches these terms, the guest agrees to cover related costs, fees, and reasonable legal expenses where permitted.

These terms may be updated when needed to reflect operational, legal, or safety requirements. Continued use of the property after an update means the guest accepts the revised terms.
